Brush Strokes Gallery - Fredericksburg

I am showing some of my newest creations using oil sticks on oil papers.  They are abstractions that lean towards landscapes with a little help from your imagaination.

In September, I will be showing abstracts at Arts Alliance at Jarrett Thor in Colonial Beach.  These are acrylic and sometimes mixed with watercolor on wc paper.

I have been invited by the Fredericksburg Country Club to show my work in their dinning room.  I chose a variety of pastel, oil and acrylic paintings.  Many are examples of plein air work.  There are 29 pieces in this show.

My Goolricks pastel painting is there that I made at last year's Art Attack Downtown.

And a plein air oil painting "Leaving Belmont with roses on the Fence"

Village Frame in Culpeper has some of my flower paintings.  Like "Steping Out", 24x30 in Oil.


Middle Street Gallery in Washington, Va has an abstract landscape on display.


My work may also be seen in Orange, Va, at the Center for the Arts in Orange..


Along the Hudson, a plein air painting I did in NY in June has been selected to be in the Plein Air show at Liberty Town Workshops.  I painted this using a limited palette and complementary colors.  This painting also got an Honorable Mention,

The Fredericksburg Plein Air Painters is having a show at Sammy T's Resturant on Caroline Street in Fredericksburg.  This is one of the paintings there.

Old Blue, a pastel of an old boat in  boat graveyard.


This painting is on the COVER of the Front Porch Magazine for July.  This is a magazine that is distributed to all the businesses, resturants, galleries and all around town telling visitors and locals about things that are going on.
